Hello, my name is.. Julie Roberts

I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist and I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, one of the major professional bodies for hypnotherapy in the UK and adhere to the strict codes of conduct and ethics of this organisation.

With 37 years of experience in the NHS, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and compassionate care to my practice.  My journey within the healthcare system has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities of human psychological and behaviour, which I now apply to help individuals overcome various challenges through hypnotherapy.

Throughout my career, I have witnessed the profound impact that the mind-body connection can have on ones wellbeing.  My time in the NHS has enhanced my ability to empathise with clients from diverse backgrounds and effectively communicate with them to foster trust and understanding.

Now as a hypnotherapist, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to tap into their inner resources and unlock their full potential.  Whether its managing stress, overcoming phobias, or breaking unhealthy habits.  I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, drawing upon both my clinical expertise and the transformative power of hypnosis, Neurolinguistic Therapy (NLP) and coaching.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest research and techniques in hypnotherapy to ensure that my clients receive the highest standard of care.  My ultimate goal is to help individuals lead happier, healthier lives harnessing the power of the subconscious mind.
